Pricing Policy
It is essential to book into any given class or private session to secure a place. Class and private session bookings may be cancelled and refunded when over 2 hours notice is given. If you are unable to attend a pre-booked class it’s important to cancel your booking via the Login page (your customer panel) with a minimum of 2 hours prior to the start of the class to avoid being charged the full class fee ($28). This is especially applicable to members, as it frees space for another student to attend that class. No refunds or credits are given with cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice prior to any scheduled event or a failure to show. All proceeds from Go Yoga’s Late Cancellation Policy are donated to Catherine House to support women experiencing homelessness. If a cancellation is made with less than 2 hours notice prior to a private session or a failure to show, the student will forfeit the full cost of the private session ($90).
* The ‘Introductory Offer’ can be used at any time, but only once per student. The student must be a resident of South Australia. Applies to regular timetabled classes only and excludes antenatal yoga, online classes, courses, workshops and mini-retreats. They are strictly non-refundable and non-extendable.
**Monthly memberships expire 30 days after the first Yoga class/workshop is taken.
~ Non-expired class pass cancellations and 1-month memberships are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations will only be considered upon instances of verifyable medical reasons or relocation. Class passes and memberships may be extended only due to serious illness with a medical certificate, permission must be requested via email only to jackie@goyogaadelaide.com.
# Block of 5- and 10-private sessions are valid for 1 year, while Private session introduction package is valid for 8 weeks. Private packages are non-refundable and non-transferable but can be extended due to serious illness only. Private packages will be automatically extended to reflect any studio closures or cancellations.

Credits:
There are only a limited number of spaces available for each of our events at Go Yoga Adelaide to ensure personal attention for all participants. If you find you are unable to attend a Go Yoga workshop, course or event, we are able to offer a refund to your account with more than 7-days notice. Due to the costs associated with running events, please note that strictly no refunds are given with cancellations of 7 days or less. If a cancellation is made within 7 days, although a refund is not given, a Go Yoga credit may be obtained to attend another workshop, course or event at Go Yoga’s discretion. No refunds or credits are given with cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice prior to the scheduled event or a failure to show.
Refunds/Expiry:
Once a pricing option (membership, workshop, course, mini-retreat or immersion) has passed or been used, there are strictly no refunds. Introductory offers are non-refundable.
Cancellations/Suspensions:
We do not offer refunds or credits for cancellations of classes, sessions, workshops, mini-retreats or any special events with less than 2 hours notice. For Go Yoga fortnightly membership cancellations that occur within the initial specified commitment, we require a minimum of 7 days prior notice and charge a $160 cancellation fee plus the balance of how many weeks were used as a no lock-in option minus the amount you paid as the discounted rate of the membership. It’s hoped that you wish to continue your Go Yoga membership beyond the initial 12 week commitment. Simply email Jackie to set up a recurring fortnightly payment of $80 per fortnight should you wish to continue your membership. Go Go Yoga membership suspension: You can suspend your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) and a maximum of 8 weeks per financial year. We require a minimum of 2 weeks prior written notice (i.e – via email) in order to suspend your membership. Suspensions incur a fortnightly $10 admin fee throughout your suspension period. Your regular fortnightly membership will recommence on the date specified in your suspension confirmation email. Memberships may only be paused once in any calendar month. If students are away for longer than 8 weeks over the course of the financial year, they may continue to pay membership to keep the cheaper rate with their absence from classes noted without suspension, or they may cancel their registration until their return, wherein they are directed to pay for classes casually ($28) or purchase a monthly membership (30-days/$190) or multi-class pass until the next financial year, wherein they can register for a new membership again.
Transfers:
Casual classes, memberships and introductory offers are not transferable.
