Full Terms and Conditions

Once you purchase your class or membership you will receive an email with a link to access your booking(s). With this link you can access your booking(s) in the future and cancel, reschedule or add class bookings, so be sure to keep it bookmarked.  Please check your spam/junk mail if you have not received it immediately. Memberships are purchased in time blocks and are active from the moment of purchase.

Credits:
There are only a limited number of spaces available for each of our events at Go Yoga Adelaide to ensure personal attention for all participants. If you find you are unable to attend a Go Yoga workshop, course or event, we are able to offer a refund to your account with more than 7-days notice. Due to the costs associated with running events, please note that strictly no refunds are given with cancellations of 7 days or less. If a cancellation is made within 7 days, although a refund is not given, a Go Yoga credit may be obtained to attend another workshop, course or event at Go Yoga’s discretion. No refunds or credits are given with cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice prior to the scheduled event or a failure to show.

Refunds/Expiry: 
Once a pricing option (membership, workshop, course, mini-retreat or immersion) has passed or been used, there are strictly no refunds. Introductory offers are non-refundable.

Cancellations:
We do not offer refunds or credits for cancellations of classes, sessions, workshops, mini-retreats or any special events with less than 2 hours notice. For Go Yoga membership cancellations that occur within the initial specified commitment, we require a minimum of 7 days prior notice and charge a $140 cancellation fee plus the balance of how many weeks were used. It’s hoped that you wish to continue your Go Yoga fortnightly membership beyond the initial 16 week commitment. Simply email Jackie to set up a recurring fortnightly payment of $68 should you wish to continue your fornightly membership. Go Yoga Membership suspension is available at anytime for holidays with at least 7 days prior notice or due to illness with a medical certificate, and requests must be made in writing (i.e – via email). A minimum pause period of 7 days and a maximum pause period of 4 weeks is possible.

Transfers:
Casual classes, memberships and introductory offers are not transferable.

Hypnobirthing Australia™ Courses and Classes:

To ensure personalised attention for all pregnant couples, there are only a limited number of spaces available for each of our Group Hypnobirthing Courses at Go Yoga Adelaide. To hold your place in a hypnobirthing course, a $200 non-refundable tuition deposit is required at the time of booking. This covers the cost of ordering your folio and online resources. Final balance of payment is due 7 days prior to course commencement.

If for any reason you need to cancel, please email Jackie ASAP as other couples may like to take your place. Due to the costs associated with running Hypnobirthing Australia™ Courses, please note that strictly no refunds or credits are given with cancellations of less than 7 days notice.
